Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Two Blue Code Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit https://twobluecode.com, contact us, book a call, or use our services. We are the data controller for that information.

You can reach us at twobluecode@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We may collect:

• Identity and contact details you send us, such as name, email address, company name and project information.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through essential cookies or similar tools.
• Communications you exchange with us by email, and booking details you submit through Calendly (such as name, email, and meeting notes).

We do not intentionally collect special category data, and our services are not directed at children.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries, booked calls, quotes or proposals.
• Deliver, invoice and support contracted development work.
• Operate, secure and improve this website.
• Meet legal, accounting and regulatory duties.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are typically contract (or steps before entering a contract), legitimate interests in running and promoting our studio, and legal obligation where the law requires it. We only send marketing email if you have asked us to.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies so the site can remember cookie preferences and function reliably. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted processors who help us host this website, run our booking calendar (Calendly), send email, or run our business, and only where they are contractually required to keep it secure. Calendly’s terms and privacy notice apply to data you enter in their widget. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data in other countries. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Contract, invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by UK law, typically up to six years after the end of the relevant tax year.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email twobluecode@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised date.
