# Terms of Service | Two Blue Code

> Terms that govern use of the Two Blue Code website and our web development services. Last updated: 20 August 2026.

## 1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://twobluecode.com and, where a proposal is agreed, the web development services supplied by Two Blue Code Ltd, a studio based in Manchester, United Kingdom. A signed proposal takes precedence if it conflicts with this page.

## 2. Our services

We design, build and support custom websites, web applications, SaaS products and related infrastructure. Scope, timeline, fees and deliverables are defined in writing before work starts.

## 3. Client responsibilities

Provide timely feedback and materials you have rights to, pay invoices on schedule, and use deliverables lawfully.

## 4. Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in our proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Third-party costs are extra unless included in writing.

## 5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. Upon full payment you receive a licence (or assignment, if the proposal says so) to the custom work. We retain pre-existing tools and know-how.

## 6. Website use

This marketing site is provided as-is. Do not misuse it or copy content for commercial use without permission.

## 7. Warranties and liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow limitation.

## 8. Third-party services

Hosting, payments and similar platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or charges.

## 9. Termination

Either party may end a project in line with the proposal. You remain responsible for work already performed.

## 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Our studio is based in Manchester, England.
